By using the service, you will be deemed to have agreed to all of the above terms.

The service includes creating and managing a digital menu for a restaurant or any similar type of facility using the web application webmenu.ge.

You undertake not to disclose your account details to unauthorized persons.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for the photos and text you upload.

In the event of a technical failure to provide the Service, you agree to continue using the Service for the same period as the period during which the Service was unavailable.

You agree to continue using the service during the validity period of the relevant package in the event of a service update/upgrade.

In addition to the trial period, you must purchase an existing package to use the service.

If you decide to cancel the service after purchasing it, no refund will be given.

In the event of a technical fault, if the site administration is unable to eliminate the fault or decides to terminate the service, you will be refunded the cost of the remaining period of the purchased package.

The site administration is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure or a state of war.

The site administration undertakes not to transfer your personal data (e-mail, contact information and other information stored by you in the system) to third parties.

You agree that your data will be processed only by the administration for the purpose of improving the service, changing the terms, or providing information about a new product/service developed by the site administration.
